We dispense your medications and then safely prepare a dose administration device. The device we use is called a Webster Pack. It has your medication packed into it and separated by time of day and day of the week. The blisters are clear so you can see exactly what tablets are inside. It makes it simple to see if you have had your medications for the day or not. For most people one pack contains all your medication for one week.

We have a variety of options available and the service is flexible enough that we can make a pack to suit almost any situation, including special needs, vision impairment and travel. We even have a Flexi-Pack option that allows you to tear off a days medication or a single dose to take with you wherever you need to go, all the information is printed on the back of each dose so you still know what your taking.

In order to set up a home medication management solution we need a letter from your Doctor stating all your current medications, dose and when you take them. This is to ensure that we pack the medication exactly as you are taking it. We work closely with your Doctor to monitor any changes to your medications so we can implement them in a timely manner.
