Heart Check

Have your heart health checked by getting your Blood Pressure tested, BMI calculated, waist measured and answering some simple lifestyle questions.

If possible:

• Limit caffeine drinks within two hours of service

• Wear loose fitting sleeves to make testing your Blood Pressure easier

• If you are taking any regular medications, bring them with you

Heart Check Plus

On top of everything we offer in the Heart Check you can also get your Cholesterol level tested. Common questions:

Blood Pressure Testing

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease such as stroke, coronary heart disease, heart failure and peripheral vascular disease. Chronic kidney disease and diabetes also impact on progression and risk of complications.

Our pharmacy runs a program called 10 for 10. For just $10 you get 10 blood pressure checks over a period of time and one on one time with a Pharmacist to discuss your readings. We are also able to print out results for you to take to your Doctor if needed.
